    Second Round of Mock Interview
    • The Placement Cell successfully conducted the Second Round of Mock Interview for MHA students of the 2022 batch on Friday, 22nd November 2024, from 11.00 am onwards in the Gallery Hall, Third Floor, Anatomy Department. This initiative aimed to prepare students to overcome the mistakes they made in the First round of Mock Interviews.
      The second round of mock interviews was a valuable learning experience helping them refine their skills and gain confidence. The constructive feedback provided by Dr. Siddaling Talikoti in the First Mock Interview guided the MHA students to face the second round of Mock Interview with the
      1. Updated resume.
      2. Improved confidence.
      3. Clarity in speech.
      4. Better preparedness.
      5. Professional attire.
      6. Good body language.

    First Round of Mock Interview
    • The Placement Cell organized the First Round of Mock Interview for MHA students of the 2022 batch on Friday, 15th November 2024, from 11.00 am onwards in the Gallery Hall, Third Floor, Anatomy Department. This initiative aimed to prepare students for real-world job interviews by simulating actual interview scenarios, enhancing their confidence and readiness as the objective Interview emphasized on
      1. Skill Enhancement: To improve students’ interview skills, including
      communication, problem-solving, and professional demeanor.
      2. Stress Reduction: To familiarize students with the interview process, reducing anxiety and boosting confidence.
      3. Feedback Provision: To offer constructive feedback on students’ performance, highlighting strengths and areas for improvement.
      The first round of mock interviews was a valuable exercise, offering insights into students’ preparedness for professional opportunities.

    STTP on Personality Development
    • As a part of the Pre-Placement activity, a one-week Short Term Training Program (STTP) on “Personality Development” was organized for the MHA students from 24th to 30th Oct 2024. The program aimed to enhance students’ interpersonal skills, communication abilities, confidence, and overall professional demeanor, equipping them for leadership roles in the healthcare industry. Dr. Siddaling Talikoti, the Placement Officer of BLDE(DU), was the resource person and coordinated the entire training program. On day 1, 24th Oct 2024, Thursday, the technical session was insightful session as the resource person explained the
      various lay usage of the term Personality. On day 2, 25th Oct 2024, Friday, the technical session was an enlightening session as the resource person emphasized the role of personality in family relationships. On day 3, 26th Oct 2024, Saturday, the technical session was not only informative but also practical, as the resource person emphasized the role of personality in societal relationships. On day 4, 28th Oct 2024, Monday, the technical session was a remarkable session as the resource person emphasized the Role of Personality in Professional relationships. On day 5, 29th Oct 2024, Tuesday, the resource person organized activities for the students on Listening skills & speaking skills. The students participated actively and witnessed the barriers in listening & speaking skills that any individual does. On day 6, 30th Oct 2024, Wednesday, the resource person addressed Grooming Skills and dinning etiquette. The program witnessed enthusiastic participation from MHA students, who actively engaged in discussions, role-playing exercises, and practical assignments.

The Workshop enhanced participants’ professional communication skills and email management practices. The Workshop on Email Etiquette successfully met its objectives by providing participants valuable insights into effective email
      communication. The workshop’s interactive nature, practical tips, and real-world examples helped attendees enhance their email writing skills. Continued practice and application of these principles are encouraged to ensure ongoing improvement in professional communication.

    Workshop - Telephone Etiquettes 2024
    • As part of the Pre-Placement activity, the “Telephone Etiquettes” workshop was held on 31st August 2024 for the outgoing UG students of AHS & BPT courses to enhance
      students’ skills in managing phone communications effectively and professionally. The workshop aimed to teach students practical techniques for handling telephone
      conversations, addressing common challenges, and improving communication skills.

      The workshop successfully met its objectives by equipping students with essential skills for effective telephone communication. The interactive format and practical exercises were well-received, and students felt better prepared to handle phone calls professionally and efficiently. The workshop concluded with a positive note and the students were not just happy, but also content with the initiative taken by the Placement Cell. The students are convinced in all aspects of the workshop.
