The students of BLDE (Deemed to be University) who have completed their studies at Graduation or Post Graduation level and wish to get the admission to other Universities will have to obtain the Migration Certificate from this University. A migration certificate is issued only after a student secures admission to another University. (Candidate has to produce an allotment letter and admission letter). Students have to apply through the prescribed application form duly filled along with copies of the required documents for the migration certificate.
