RECRUITMENT OF TEACHING POSITIONS

Faculty of Medicine

Essential Qualification and Experience:

  • MD/MS/DNB in the concerned subject or MD/MS/DNB in Broad specialty subjects as provided in table 4.A of the National Medical Commission’s Notification, Dtd.14-02-2022.
  • As Associate Professor for three years in the subjects as mentioned in Table 4.A in a permitted / recognized/ medical college/institution.
  • Special training for three years in the respective new broad specialty subject in a teaching Institution/Centre of Excellence with dedicated service in that specialty.
  • Should have at least four Research publications (at least two as Associate Professor) [only original papers, meta-analysis, systematic reviews, and case series that are published in journals included in Medline, PubMed, Central Science Citation Index, Science Citation Index, Expanded Embase Scopus, Directory of Open Access Journals (DoAJ) will be considered].
  • Should have completed the NMC recognized basic course in Medical Education Technology.
  • Should have completed the basic course in Biomedical Research from Institution(s) designated by NMC.

Essential Qualification and Experience:

  • MD/MS/DNB in the concerned subject or During Transition Period MD/MS/DNB in Broad specialty as provided in table 4.A of the National Medical Commission’s Notification, Dtd.14-02-2022.
  • As Assistant Professor for four years in the subjects as mentioned in Table 4.A in a permitted / recognized/ medical college/institution.
  • Special training for three years in the respective new broad specialty subject in a teaching Institution/Centre of Excellence with dedicated service in that specialty.
  • Should have at least two Research publications [only original papers, meta-analysis, systematic reviews, and case series that are published in journals included in Medline, PubMed, Central Science Citation Index, Science Citation Index, Expanded Embase Scopus, Directory of Open Access Journals (DoAJ) will be considered].
  • Should have completed the basic course in Medical Education Technology from Institutions designated by NMC.
  • Should have completed the basic course in Biomedical Research from Institutions designated by NMC.

Essential Qualification and Experience:

  • MD/MS/DNB Medical Post Graduate Degree in the concerned subject from the NMC recognized Institution/Colleges. May pursue super-specialty courses like Doctor of Medicine (DM) or Master of Chirurgiae (MCh). 

School of Physiotherapy

Essential Qualification and Experience:

  • A Candidate who possess Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy with 55% marks from the recognized University/Institution with a minimum 10 Years of Experience of teaching / or Research in an academic/research position equivalent to that of Assistant Professor / Associate professor in University/College/Accredited Research Institution with a minimum of 10 Publication in the peer reviewed or UGC listed Journals
  • A good academic records, with a Ph.D. Degree in the concerned / allied / relevant discipline.
  • Passing the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC or the CSIR, or a similar test accredited by the UGC.
  • Minimum of 5 to 10 Experience in Administrative / Principal Position & equivalent to that.
  • Passing the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC or the CSIR, or a similar test accredited by the UGC.

Essential Qualification and Experience:

  • A Candidate who possess Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy with 55% marks from the recognized University/Institution with a minimum 10 Years of Experience of teaching / or Research in an academic/research position equivalent to that of Assistant Professor / Associate professor in University/College/Accredited Research Institution with a minimum of 10 Publication in the peer reviewed or UGC listed Journals.  
  • A good academic records, with a Ph.D. Degree in the concerned / allied / relevant discipline.

  • A Candidate who possess Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy with 55% marks from the recognized University/Institution with a minimum 8 Years of Experience of teaching / or Research in an academic/research position equivalent to that of Assistant Professor / Associate professor in University/College/Accredited Research Institution with a minimum of 7 Publication in the peer reviewed or UGC listed Journals.  
  • A good academic records, with a Ph.D. Degree in the concerned / allied / relevant discipline.

Essential Qualification and Experience:

  • A Candidate who possess Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy with 55% marks from the recognized University/ Institution.
