To equip with the necessary knowledge and awareness of ethical behavior in professional settings a workshop on “Personal Ethics & Professional Ethics at Work Place” was organized as a part of the Pre-Placement activity for students of Physiotherapy Course 2022 batch, 8th Semester on Saturday, 22nd August 2026 at Lecture hall no1, School of Physiotherapy. The workshop provided insights into ethical decision-making, integrity, and maintaining professionalism in the workplace sector.
In the workshop, the resource person Dr. Siddaling Talikoti highlighted the following,
1. Understanding Personal Ethics & Professional Ethics.
2. Integrity and Professionalism.
3. Industry-Specific Ethical Challenges.
4. Industry-Specific Ethical Challenges: Interactive Case Studies.
The “Personal Ethics & Professional Ethics at Workplace” workshop proved to be a valuable initiative by the Placement Cell, empowering the students with ethical awareness and decision-making skills. The workshop not only enhanced their understanding of workplace ethics but also prepared them to uphold integrity in their professional roles within the workplace. It provided valuable insights and practical approaches for enhancing personal and professional effectiveness. The participants expressed their appreciation for the interactive and motivating workshop.
