BLDE (Deemed to be University) School of Law, Vijayapura was organized the Teachers Day Celebration on 05th September 2026 at the Library of BLDE (Deemed to be University) School of Law, Vijayapura, to commemorate the birth anniversary of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, former President of India, eminent philosopher, scholar, and distinguished teacher.
The programme commenced with a ceremonial tribute to Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, where floral tributes were offered in his honour, remembering his invaluable contribution to the field of education and his dedication to the teaching profession.
Mrs. Lavanya Kulkarni, Assistant Professor, School of Law, warmly welcomed all the students, teaching staff, and non-teaching staff to the ceremonial function.
On the occasion, Prof. Dr. R. G. Kulkarni, Dean & Principal, BLDE (Deemed to be University) School of Law, Vijayapura, addressed the gathering. In his speech, he emphasized the importance of teachers in society and encouraged students to respect, value, and learn from their teachers.
Dr. F. S. Patil, Associate Professor, School of Law, also addressed the gathering and shared his thoughts on the importance of the teaching profession and the responsibility of teachers in guiding and nurturing students.
The programme concluded with a Vote of Thanks proposed by Mrs. Lavanya Kulkarni, Assistant Professor, School of Law, who expressed her sincere gratitude to the Dean & Principal, faculty members, non-teaching staff, and students for their presence and cooperation in making the celebration meaningful and successful.
