BLDE (Deemed to be University) – Online Payment Services

BLDE (Deemed to be University) is committed to maintaining transparency and fairness in all financial transactions conducted through its online payment platform.

1. General Policy

Payments made towards admission applications, registrations, examinations, events, conferences, tuition fees, hostel fees, and other University services are subject to the respective rules and regulations governing those services.

2. Non-Refundable Payments

  • Application Fees
  • Registration Fees
  • Examination Fees
  • Processing Charges
  • Convenience Fees charged by payment gateways
  • Certificates or transcripts already processed

3. Admission Fee Refunds

Refunds relating to admissions and tuition fees shall be governed by University regulations, UGC guidelines, and applicable statutory provisions.

4. Event & Conference Registration

Refunds for workshops, conferences, seminars, and academic events shall be governed by the specific refund policies announced for each event.

5. Duplicate or Excess Payments

If duplicate payments or excess payments are made unintentionally, users may submit a refund request along with transaction proof for verification.

6. Failed Transactions

If an amount is debited but payment is unsuccessful, users should first wait for automatic reversal by the bank or payment gateway before contacting the University.

7. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are normally processed within 15–30 working days subject to verification and banking procedures.

8. Refund Request Procedure

The following information must be provided:

  • Name of Applicant/Student
  • Application/Registration Number
  • Transaction Reference Number
  • Date of Payment
  • Amount Paid
  • Reason for Refund Request
  • Supporting Documents (if applicable)

9. Right to Reject Refund Requests

The University reserves the right to reject refund requests that do not satisfy eligibility criteria or lack sufficient supporting documentation.

10. Policy Changes

The University reserves the right to amend or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
